Our in-house illustrator hand-draws each design from your photo using a clean, friendly cartoon style. You will see a digital proof within 24 to 48 hours, and unlimited revisions are included until you approve.
Can I include pets in the design?
Yes. Pets count as one of the 3 figures. We regularly draw dogs, cats, rabbits, and even more unusual pets. Just upload a clear photo and any notes about color or pose.
How many people can I include?
Up to 3 people, pets, or any combination. For 4 or more figures, contact us before ordering and we will quote a custom design fee.
Will the print fade or peel?
No. We use UV-cured ink printed directly into the acrylic, then sealed. The color stays vivid for years even with daily key use, sunlight, and rain exposure.
How long does production take?
Illustration takes 1 to 2 business days, then 2 to 3 business days for printing and assembly in our San Leandro, California workshop. Total 3 to 5 business days before it ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery time depends on your distance from California, typically 2 to 7 business days from when production completes.
