Shipping policy

All PrintCraftMan products are handmade and shipped from our studio in San Leandro, California, USA. We ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Personalized items are produced in 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after you approve your digital proof. A Rush Production add-on ($12.00, 1–2 business day production) is available on the product page.

Shipping methods and costs

• Economy — $6.90, free on orders over $100 — 5–8 business days in transit
• Standard — $9.90 — 3–4 business days in transit
• USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail — carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout — 2–5 business days in transit
• UPS Ground / 3 Day Select / 2nd Day Air / Next Day Air Saver — carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout — 1–4 business days in transit

The exact cost for every method is displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates count from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you and you can follow your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at marketing@printcraftman.com and we will do our best to help before your order ships.

Delays

While we partner with reliable carriers, unexpected delays (such as weather or carrier issues) may occasionally occur, especially during holiday seasons. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
