1. What products do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality custom products and personalized gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, corporate events, and more. Each item is crafted with attention to detail to help you celebrate life’s special moments.
2. How do I place a custom order?
Simply select the product you want and use the customization options on the product page (such as text, color, size). If you have special requests or need assistance, contact us at marketing@printcraftman.com — we’ll be happy to help.
3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
We currently do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the near future!
6. How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at marketing@printcraftman.com as soon as possible.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, email us at marketing@printcraftman.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
9. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return shipping is only covered by PrintCraftMan if the item is returned in complete original packaging.
10. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
11. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at marketing@printcraftman.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
13. Is my personal information safe?

14. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has started, especially for personalized items.
