Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Not be personalized/customized items (these are non-returnable unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@printcraftman.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return

  3. We will respond with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping is only covered by PrintCraftMan if the item is returned in complete original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different sizes or styles are subject to product availability and follow the same return conditions.

  • To exchange, please initiate a return first, then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at support@printcraftman.com with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Sale items or final clearance products may not be eligible for returns; this will be clearly noted at purchase.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for returns or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
