Thank you for choosing PrintCraftMan for your custom gifts. Each item we create is unique and personalized just for you. Because of the highly personalized nature of our products, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by our quality 100%. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • What to do: Email us at marketing@printcraftman.com with:

    1. Your Order Number

    2. A clear photo or video showing the damage or issue.

  • Our Promise: We will work with you to immediately send a free replacement or provide a full refund for the item. We will cover all associated costs.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Our Policy on Personalized Goods)

Because every product we make is custom-made to your specific requirements (e.g., with your photos, names, or dates), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those listed in Point 1.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customer preference (changing your mind).

  • Errors or typos (e.g., misspelled names) that were provided by the customer during the ordering process.

We kindly ask that you please double-check all personalization details (like spelling, dates, and photo quality) before submitting your order.

3. Refund Process

For approved refunds (due to damage or our error), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
